Non Judicial Foreclosure

Foreclosure is not our goal and we go far beyond what is required to avoid it.

In the unfortunate event that Non Judicial Foreclosure becomes an option for the Association ACS will review the file in its entirety to determine if it is in the best interest of the HOA to move forward. 


Should the HOA decide to move forward with Non Judicial Foreclosure ACS provides all Trustee services in office.  (Trustee fees are due prior to the action begins)


Should it be determined that Non Judicial Foreclosure is not in the best interest of the association ACS will be prepared to present alternate options to the Board.
